Barber won her fight against Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022 with a unanimous vote. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. Barber won her fight with the unanimous decision. The contract she signed with UFC after this fight, but Barber re-signed in later years. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on March 25, 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by the majority of a vote.
