Later, on July 2, 2022 Barber replaced Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 fight and took on Jessica Eye. Barber won this fight by unanimity. Barber's contract was terminated by UFC after the fight, although Barber signed another contract later in the years. Barber defeated Andrea Lee in her last fight on March 25, 2023 in UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by the majority of a decision.
