Barber was victorious over Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022, by a majority vote. On July 2, 2022 Barber replaced Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 event and fought against Jessica Eye. Her victory was unanimous. The fight was the last of Barber's contract with UFC. She resigned at the end of that year. Barber was victorious in her most recent fight against Andrea Lee, on March 25th 2023. The fight was held in UFC Fight Night Vera and Sandhagen.
