Ariana Richards

Ariana Clarice Richards is an American painter, actress and a former actor. She's best known as Lex Murphy from the mega-hit film Jurassic Park. Richards, who won several Young Artist Awards when she was a child for her acting skills, has now focused her career as an artist. Ariana Richards is a well-distinguished American artist and actress that has gained a lot of attention for her performance in the leading role of Lex Murphy in Jurrasic Park in 1993. Her awards include the Bambi Award for Young Artist as well as Favorite Actress in Australia, United Kingdom, and Favorite Film Newcomer in Japan. Ariana began focusing more on her work after her 2013. Within a short time she was able to build an audience of more than 50k on Instagram. She graduated with a distinction from Fine Art and Theater in 2001 from Skidmore College. In California Ariana continued to study at the Art Center College of Design Pasadena. Ariana was married to Mark Aaron Bolton a former soldier from the Irish Defence Forces turned stunt actor in January of 2013. They had their first child in the year 2015. Ariana's Italian heritage from her maternal grandmother's side trace all the way back into Carlo Crivelli a well known Renaissance painter. Ariana is also the descendant from boxer John L. Sullivan. The American Artist magazine held an event called the National Professional Oil Painting Competition in the month of October, 2005. It the first time she painted a self-portrait. The very first portrait of herself that Ariana did was a watercolor of her in scenes from the cult movie Jurassic Park (1993) while being held by a spoon filled with Jello, while a raptor crawls up behind her. In April of 2012, Ariana launched a YouTube channel titled GalleryAriana to which she uploads her portrait work. She has also appeared in other movies such as Tremors, Spaced Invaders, Locked Up A Mother's Rage and Switched At Birth. Ariana has a pony named Kindred.
